Hey there, I have just completed the connection test on your pc now

Unfortunately you have failed this connection test due to having packets being lost
on each server...
You will have to contact your ISP which is SBB from what I saw on the speedtest
results

Packet loss during a ping test means that your connection to the servers being
tested is unstable.

Please let them know that you are currently experiencing problems with your
connection to the following servers
mentioned below, they will have to resolve this and have them test the line to
these servers themselves after they have
done resolving the issue to check that all is good, here is a list of the servers
you were losing packets on:

Command Prompt----> Required to Ping these servers for a period of 5-7 minutes
before stopping...
