A. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
This document confirms the Scope of Supply requested by the Customer Centre.
Please contact CustomDesign immediately if any items are missing and make sure that -apart from the machine scope- all
required documentation is mentioned as well as it may be difficult to obtain e.g. certain certificates later on.

B. CHANGES TO SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Any further modification of agreed scope of supply might cause an extra delivery delay and/or additional costs.

C. ITEMS NOT MENTIONED

For items not mentioned in the above description we refer to the standard product version and/or to the routines applicable to
the standard products for the involved Customer Centre.

D. DRAWINGS
All offered/submitted drawings are available in English only and use the APC symbols. CustomDesign uses following drawing
type definitions on proposal/contract description (make sure to check proposal/contract description versus your customer
order):

1) Dimension drawing / Service diagram / P&I diagram as dxf file (no extra price)
>>> = standard APC drawing + added special items
2) As built drawings (have extra price)
>>> = item 1) but items not in scope of supply removed
3) Customised drawings (extra price at cost)
>>> = item 2) + additional customer requirements such as e.g. customer title block or tag numbers etc...

Drawings are available (unless otherwise stated) at time of ‘Engineering release’ which is indicated on Contract Descriptions
and in the production status follow up web page in IPD/Status.

E. HANDBOOKS
On the contract/proposal description you can find 3 different types of handbooks:

1) the standard handbook (= handbook of the standard product): in this case the standard handbook will be made available
in IPD/Documentation
2) AIB and/or ASL addendum: in this case the standard handbook will be amended with an addendum. Both the standard
handbook and the addendum will be integrated into one file which will be made available in IPD/Documentation
3) Special AIB and/or ASL: due to special nature of the order it can be that the use of an addendum is not practical. In that
case a special AIB or ASL will be issued in IPD/Documentation. This is a tailor made handbook.

CustomDesign Ex Factory issued handbooks are by default made in English language and are made available with the
machine delivery Ex Works Airpower.
It is a Customer Centre responsibility to translate into local language before commissioning of the unit if legally or
contractually required.
However -on specific Customer Centre request- CustomDesign can include a translation of the AIB in the project scope of
supply and the translation cost in the unit AMP price. The translation requirement will then be mentioned on the
proposal/contract description (more information on this can be found in the IPD Catalog).

Addenda to AIB and ASL will be issued as separate identifiable parts of the handbook.

F. ORDER PLACEMENT
All orders should be placed by means of the ORDER FORM followed by entry in the system and all this according the Order
Placement procedure which can be found in the IPD Catalog.

G. LETTER OF CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)

In case of order with Letter of Credit (L/C) between the customer (end user) and Airpower it is important to know that
Airpower will not start any order activity without formal opening and acceptance of L/C. All stated delivery information is
based on receipt and acceptance of L/C at the moment of order placement.

H. ORDERING OF PARTS
The release of the order form by the Customer Centre will trigger Airpower purchase orders to sub-suppliers for long lead
time items (e.g. electric motors). It is important that the Customer Centre is aware of this as any change in the order scope
of supply might cause cancellation cost being imposed as from day one after order placement.

I. FREE ISSUED ITEMS (items sent by Customer Centre to Airpower)

Items -supplied by the Customer Centre to Airpower- to mount on the compressor package:
- should be labelled according Airpower standard including the correct addressee + address and references
(always contact CustomDesign contract engineer in advance)
- will be mentioned on the proposal or contract description under FREE ISSUED EQUIPMENT

For free issued electric motors a special form should be completed latest at date of order placement. This form includes all
relevant electrical and mechanical data such as: construction form-regreasing interval-balancing-rated electrical data-torque
and current curves-thermal withstand curve-etc.
This form (‘Required information for non standard electric motors.xls’) can be found in the IPD Catalog.

J. PERFORMANCE DATA
Performance data stated are (unless otherwise stated) to be considered valid for a new machine. This means a machine with
clean coolers and with pure water as cooling medium if water cooled (e.g. without glycol).
Possible deviation of compressor performance data stated due to e.g. fouling or the use of glycol in cooling water or additional
inlet filters or ducting etc. should be taken into account when sizing equipment for installation downstream the compressor.

Stated AMP prices are valid according the stated commercial terms and for maximum 3 months in case of proposal.
Stated AMP prices are valid according the stated commercial terms for contracts.
We reserve the right however to adapt both proposal and contract AMP prices in case of very strong price fluctuations of raw
materials. We advise the Sales Companies to include such a clause as well in their offers and contracts with end customers or
contractors.
