Operations Assistant
He/She is responsible for the efficiency, productivity and accuracy of operations department through excellent
customer service. Provides administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or any related field
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

Logistics Assistant
Raise purchase orders, seek approval and dispatch as and when required in connection with procurement procedure.
Follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods and services.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Management or any related field
Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience. Prior exposure in the Maldives is highly advantageous

Human Resources Assistant

Administers variety of human resource activities and programs, including those related to recruitment, remuneration,
compensation and benefits and workplace safety.
He/She will be expected to have an in depth knowledge of the Maldives Labor law including but not limited to Visa
formalities and disciplinary
. procedures.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in Human Resources or any related field
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Strong organizational and people skills
Proficient in relevant computer software
Experience in the Maldives is preferred
