§ Hire and advise a staff of 10 student leaders in programming, marketing, and recruitment.
§ Advise and mentor students in leading programs to engage their peers in service and justice education.
§ Facilitate training and workshops for staff of 10 student leaders to promote their development in collaborative
leadership and programming skills.
§ Collaborate with office staff to help ensure the success of small and large-scale programs for approximately 20 to
300 students by recruiting and training students and volunteers.

University Studies 1: Freshman Experience Discussion Leader April 2015 – March 2016
§ Led and instructed a discussion section for a class of 12-15 first-year students.
§ Developed weekly lesson plans for discussion section to assist first year Undecided/Undeclared students by
providing resources and advice towards declaring a major.
