The student took a daily record of the activities carried out in the internship allowing
these activities to be grouped. This record consisted mainly of taking photographs,
preparing reports and tables that would allow them to collect the information in an
appropriate manner for their subsequent presentation. This document contains a
large part of the photographs taken during the preparation of the activities on site,
as well as some examples of the documents prepared for the good performance of
the same. The purchase orders, the minutes of receipt to satisfaction, among others
were the main tools for the development of the work as an intern by the student. The
document includes some explanations of the way in which activities were carried
out, such as the calculation of materials or the control of them in the work. It is worth
noting the student's performance when making contributions to the company,
including the preparation of tables for the control and development of the work cuts,
as well as the development of a work cost control chart, in order to establish and
control errors at the time of accounting and reduce the distrust at the time of the
execution of the activities in terms of money is concerned.
Finally, the development of a work schedule that allowed a greater performance in
the execution times of the activities, allowing temporary overlaps and optimizing the
processes.
Obtaining during the internship the clarity of the importance of controlling each
process within a construction site, preventing costs and time losses that would also
trigger in later costs.

3. OBJETIVO
Mostrar las labores realizadas por parte del estudiante durante su proceso de
pasantía en la Empresa SEMINARIO S.A.S durante en el desarrollo de la edificación
denominada Centro Empresarial Américas, donde desempeño las labores de
auxiliar del Director de Obra.
3.2.2 Titulo tres. Elaborar las órdenes de compra y programar la entrega de los
materiales para que lleguen oportunamente a obra.
3.2.3 Titulo tres. Revisar los trabajos realizados dentro de la obra, garantizando
que fueron bien elaborados y dar constancia de ello con la elaboración de actas de
recibido a satisfacción.
