CBT Booking without IELTS

STEP 1

Log in to NMC Web site. (- NMC Website)

Send IELTS TRF
After 48 hours, candidate will get a mail from NMC that they are eligible to
register.
That mail contains the user name & password for the candidate for further
process.

Nurses can book CBT in the Pearson VUE Site.

STEP 2

Pay online for CBT through Pearson VUE- 130 pounds .

Book dates for CBT- RNI Registered Nurse {Adult General}
CBT results will be announced immediately after 45 minutes by Pearson VUE.
NMC will also send a mail to candidates informing the results.

I would like to share some details regarding CBT exam.

This is an online exam like IELTS & only limited centres are allotted in each
state.
Candidate has to book the date & centre online.

CBT can be taken twice. If failed in the 1st chance, you can reappear after 28
days with the payment of 130 pounds again.

If you fail in that chance also, you have to wait another 6 months to resit .

Again some more points on CBT

 Passport is required to write the exam.

 It is required to check the date of birth.
 Photo of the candidate will be taken before exam.
 Though the time limit for exam is 4 hours, you may require only 2 ½
hours to complete it.
 Only multiple choice questions are asked.
 Problems will be there, but cannot use calculator.
 Results will be known within 24-48 hours.
 CBT is valid for 2 years
