Job Description

The Warehouse Logistics Analyst will be a key member on the Vietnam Logistics team. You will be tasked
to manage various business support functions to help support and enable a smooth operation of both
Raw Materials and/or the Finished Goods warehouse operations.

 Key business support functions includes inventory management processes, lot storage model
definition and management, to be trained as the super user of key warehouse systems and
tools, and also taking the lead as the site control champion for the team, to help put in place
robust biz processes and to coordinate and support various internal auditing events.
 To ensure 3PL contractor meeting all Intel standard requirement and compliance to Intel Safety,
Quality, Control and Operational Standards at all times.
 Assist and support various local and regional working groups or projects.
 Respond to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur.
 Warehouse operations processes and control.
 Support Logistics internal and external customer needs.
 Facilitate and develop problem-solving solutions, and process improvement.
 Support 3PL related administration that inclusive of PO/Shopping Basket, CW policy, training
etc.
 Project participation and support. BKM sharing with colleagues and VF counterparts.

Get to know the Role:

 Spearhead the development, maintenance and optimization of Grab’s Data Analytics, Business
Intelligence and Data science workloads.
 Provide support for analytics tools and workloads by responding to and resolving issues
raised, and performing deeper dives to identify root causes.
 Work in conjunction with analytics, data science and engineering teams to develop
relevant scalable and performant data pipelines,data-marts, and data transformations.
 Manage, monitor and maintain Grab’s analytics workloads to ensure the timely and
accurate delivery of insights and reports.
 Develop, evangelize and enforce quality and performance standards and best practices for
analytics workloads that are deployed on Grab’s Data Engineering Infrastructure.
 Participate in the development and management of a global Data Model for Grab’s entire
data ecosystem to streamline data consumption and access across our entire organization.
 Act as a conduit between Analytics and Engineering to identify gaps and to strengthen
collaboration between these two teams

The Must Haves

 Background in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical disciplines, or


significant working experience in the area of big data analytics.
 Strong communication skiils in English - both spoken and written.
 Strong working knowledge and experience handling complex data workflows spanning
across multiple large datasets that will facilitate performance tuning and optimization of
big data workloads.
 Very good familiarity and experience working with SQL in big data environments on
distributed query engines.
 Familiar in big data frameworks and engines like Presto, Hive, Spark and others.
 Some experience with programming language like Python, Scala, Java, or scripting
language like Bash
 Familiar with databases and engineering standard methodologies - including handling and
logging errors, system monitoring, and building human-fault-tolerant data pipelines.
 Some familiarity with the AWS environment especially related to AWS’ suite of big data
tools like EMR, S3, Redshift, Kinesis and others.

 Familiar with modern business intelligence tools like Tableau


 Some familiarity with data analytics tools and languages like R, Pandas, Numpy, scikit-
learn etc.

 Ensures hand-off of Assumptions, Issues Risk, and Action Items to delivery teams upon
closure of the deal
 Ensures the Solution Development Process is followed. Any issues raised are tracked and
brought to closure.
 Assists Client in Business Process and or Technical content of client-facing documents
 Executes hand-over of the Technical solution to MS support teams with the official
Client acknowledge technical project documentation
 Provides feedback to Service Line offering and management on the usability of the tools,
templates, procedures, sales readiness, new capabilities, etc.

Your Skills and Experience


[ MUST HAVE ]

 Bachelor degree
 One or more certification of Cisco, Microsoft, Security
 5 -10 years working experience
 Possessed the skills of Cisco Routing, IPT, Security, CCIE, CCNP
 Participated in a leadership capacity within the technical scope in previous successful IT
project, POC and demonstration sales pursuits
 Demonstrated capacity for generating lateral thinking and transforming this into winning
outcomes
 Previously lead teams in development of technical solution proposals
 Direct or indirect involvement in project management or large or complex projects
 Ability to overcome organizational and procedural constraints to achieve optimum
outcomes

[ PLUS ]

 Working knowledge of Dimension Data Service Offerings or service offering


frameworks
 Dealings at multiple management levels within own and client organizations
 Exposure to management accounting and financials (eg P&L, costs, margins and price)
 Understanding of outsourcing delivery capabilities and models
 Understanding of Dimension Data internal sales and delivery processes and tools
 Previous career achievement in an IT engineering or analyst role

 Participate in business process analysis activities and developing Business Blueprint in
SAP ERP implementation projects.
 Analyze customer business requirements, needs and objectives and map them to SAP
FI/CO solutions and processes to be implemented.
 Perform; test and document business processes configurations.
 Develop functional specifications and assist technical team in developing programs to
meet functional requirements.
 Perform, support implementation activities throughout project lifecycle. Analyze and
resolve functional problems in system operation.

Your Skills and Experience


Education and/or Experience
 B.S./B.A., equivalent or higher degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,
Accounting or Economics.
 Experience in FI/CO business processes analysis and designing solutions in SAP ERP.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 Hands-on experience in configuration of SAP FI and/or CO modules, including


integration with logistics modules.
 Knowledge of SAP Financial Supply Chain modules is a plus
 Good analytical, problem solving skills.
 Good organizational skill.
 Good spoken and written English communication skills.
 Ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate changes.
