This facility was inspected to determine the level of compliance with Food Law of 2000 Act No. 92. Violations cited in this report shall be corrected with

3-101.11 - SAFE, UNADULTERATED & HONESTLY PRESENTED
REPEAT OBSERVATION (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Moldy chicken salad, moldy cottage
cheese, bloated container of sour cream, bloated container of ambrosia salad (from September), spoiled bologna,
and 5 containers of cottage cheese from September of the previous year found in the refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): Discard unsafe or adulterated food items. Action Taken: PIC disposed of noted foods.
Code citation: Food shall be safe, unadulterated and, as specified under § 3-601.12, honestly presented.
3-501.18 - READY-TO-EAT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD, DISPOSITION
Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following foods in the refrigerator were more than
7 days beyond when they were prepared: taco meat (2/3), sweet and sour dish (2/8), cheese potatoes (2/11), tuna
mac (2/11), cooked potatoes (2/11), dessert with cream (2/13), and portioned leftovers (2/13).
Corrective Action(s): Discard potentially contaminated or unsafe foods. Action Taken: Noted foods were
discarded.
Code citation: (A) A food specified under ¶ 3-501.17(A) or (B) shall be discarded if it:
(1) Exceeds either of the temperature and time combinations specified in ¶ 3-501.17(A), except time that the
product is frozen;
(2) Is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day; or
(3) Is inappropriately marked with a date or day that exceeds a temperature and time combination as specified
in ¶ 3-501.17(A).
(B) Refrigerated, Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food (TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY
FOOD) prepared in a food establishment and dispensed in a vending machine with an automatic shutoff control
shall be discarded if it exceeds a temperature and time combination as specified in ¶ 3-501.17(A).
