 Finding And Observation

The sample study was undertaken to check the effectiveness of the Performance

Management System. The sample taken up for the study of 100 respondents & gave

their feedback. A structured questionnaire was developed with rating scale. The no.

of questions included were 15. Let us analyze each in detail.

Figure -1

The respondent’s feedback on this parameter shows that 12% of respondents

agree with, they are same and 88% respondents agree with the Performance

management has a wider scope.

The respondent’s feedback on this parameter shows that 55% of respondents

agree with Identifying barriers to performance and 25% respondents agree

with the Identification of training and development needs and 5,7&8% agree

with the Facilitates Promotions, Transfers & Termination decisions,

Motivational Strategy & Reward allocation.

The respondent’s feedback on this parameter shows that 62% of respondents

agree with Line managers/Team leaders and 14% with the Senior Managers

and 12% with HR professionals, and 10% with Appraiser & Appraisee & 2%

Appraisee.

agree with Organizational Culture, 20-20% with Intelligence & Attitude, 10%

with Competency of the employee, 7% with Aptitude and 3% with

Technology.

Benefits.
