Dalian Leading Metal Ltd. is a comprehensive high-tech corporation, which
integrates design, manufacture and sales together. It’s located in Dalian, China.
Their main products are precision castings, couplings, valves, pillow block bearings,
Fasteners, motor bodies, compressor brackets etc. Its customers included like GE,
SNR &Dixon etc.

Responsibilities
• Writing Technical Spec Documents from Functional Specifications Document.
• Developing an object according to Technical Specification document.
• Discussing with the functional leads and end users for accurate developments.
• Preparing Unit Test Plan (UTP) and recording Unit Test Results (UTR).
• Performance tuning using tools and optimization techniques.

Contribution:
Reports:
• Generated an ALV report, to block a multiple vendors in a single
company code level or All company code level who does not have any
transactions with company for past 15 months. This involves recording
of transaction FK05.
• A report was generated in ALV in order fulfillment process which
allocates omit Codes if the order quantity exceeds the available
quantity. To custom fields Maxfill code and maxfill quantity was
appended to table MARC. These fields are updated to the table via
function module MATRIAL_MAINTAIN_DARK.
• Developed a report to update VLDAT, FKDAT, Header Billing block and
Item Billing block for set of sales orders received on a particular day. Input (Sales
Order and line item no) is accepted form a flat file and respective fields are
Updated through BDC recording of VA02.

Interface/Batch input:
• Developed an interface program of Purchase Order, from legacy file to
R/3 System, Using ME21.
• Developed an interface program of Customer Data, from legacy file to
R/3 System, Using XD01.

Conversion/Batch input:
• Developed a conversion program to upload custom fields maxfill code
And maxfill quantity for a transaction MM01.

SAP Script / Smart forms:

• Modified the standard Layout set of INVOICE as per client
 requirements.

• Change Pointer’s has been enabled for MATMAS.

Implemented a screen exit for material master in plant/storage

• Developed an ALV report to generate a Material Document list as per
given Receiving Plant and Receiving Storage Location.
Sales History and Customer Blocking:
• Developed an ALV Custom Sales report in order to understand the
customers Purchase history and payment before deciding on blocking or
unblocking the Customer.
LSMW:
• Developed a project to uploaded Vendor data with bank details using
LSMW to sap database.

Enhancements/ BADI:
• Used an enhancement SAPLV01Z function exit (EXIT_SAPLV01Z_001) to
Maintain batch number and batch object for particular products.
Used an enhancement SAPLV01Z function exit (EXIT_SAPLV01Z_002) and written
code for material batch number assignment according to the
