Stratus Interoperable and UPSA ACO to customize StratusLink data management platform for the
ACO market.

Nanuet, NY, April 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Stratus Interoperable, Inc. (SI), an innovator in data
management and business intelligence solutions designed for Acute Care, Post-acute Care and
Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), announces an LOI with UPSA ACO to build a platform that
will integrate out-of-network data from specialists, long term post acute care and other providers.

The platform will provide data access, integration, advanced analytics and health information exchange
capabilities in support the mission of San Antonio, TX based UPSA, ACO which is to provide
patient-centered healthcare focused on helping patients achieve the best healthcare plan possible.
