A) Terms & Conditions:
1) VAT 13% will be added
2) 30 % Advance Payment.
3) 60% payment against the supply of materials on prorata basis.
4) 10 % after Commissioning

B) Other Terms:
1) Electrical works should be provided prior to the installation from your side,which includes
cable of 220 Volts for Indoor Units and 380 Volts at Outdoor Units. Earthing must be given to each system.
2) Lockable storage place at your side.
3) All kinds of Major Civil Work should be provided from your side.
4) Any other items or works not specifically mentioned under our scope of work is excluded
for e.g. Electrical, plumbing etc.
5) Earthing works required at installation site.

D) Warranty:
The equipment offered is covered by Standard Warranty being 12 months from
the date of invoice.

E) Validity:

This equipment supply offer is valid for 60 days from the date of submission and
thereafter, agreed prices are valid subject to our written confirmation solicited by you.
