1 REMOVING THE MACHINE

Th is operation is made up of two stages:
• Lifting upwards to free the machine.
• Pulling the machine outwards.

Force upwards

Pull outwards, then slide the

machine to the end of the guides.

3 COFFEE GRINDER

Remove the two screws,

then remove the cap.

regulator knob Important. Position the grinder wheel in the
direction indicated.
Fit the grinder wheel “A” in the grinder holder
“B”, making sure that two parts mesh .

NB When replacing
the grinder wheel,
change the
conveyor as well.

4 DISASSEMBLING THE HEATERS

To remove the pipe,

press the cylinder in
the same direction as
the arrow , then pull
the pipe in the
opposite direction.

Be careful to prevent the

cylinder from falling when
removing the nut indicated.

To access the two temperature

sensors (water/steam and coffee),
unscrew the screw s indicated,
then slide out the component.

After removing the pipe and the sensor,

disconnect the heaters from the relative
solenoid valves and the pow e r supply.

Mechanical coupling is
guaranteed by four socket
screws:twoupper(steamheater)
and two lower (coffee heater).

Resetting safety thermostats: one for

each heater.

5 DISASSEMBLING THE FILTER HOLDER SUPPORT

To remove the filter holder The part disassembled

screws indicated by the arrow s.

6 FLOWMETER

This component measures the quantity

ofwaterrequired for the selection made:
• 1 or 2 coffees
• Steam (by pulse)
• Hot water
The flowmeter is comprised ofa turbine
(actuated by water) with two small
magnets.
The number of pulses forwarded by the
component to the board (to which it is
connected) determines the volume of
water drawn.
NB When replacing, insert the two pipes
in the correct direction (see figure).

7 PUMP
To disassemble the component,
simply remove the two screws.

8 STEAM VALVE

Instead ofreplacing the entire valve,

it is possible to renew the valve rod
and the seals (in white teflon and the
two O-rings) only.

9 DISASSEMBLING THE STEEL FRAME

When replacing the frame, use a drill (with bit)

to remove the four rivets (2.4 x 8) positioned
as indicated in the figure.

10 DISASSEMBLING THE DRAWER

To replace the draw e r

(see figure), remove
the screw s shown
(two on each side).
