The Game
How to play:
1. Identification
2. Illumination
3. Transmutation
While you are lightly aware of your thinking, notice if any thoughts
arise that are in conflict with your highest good. For example:
thoughts that are in resistance to your goals or aspirations, or
evoke a negative e-motion like feelings of fear, restriction,
powerlessness, frustration, anger, etc.

If you can find no proof or validity for the thought you are honoring
