2. Gait training with crutches PWB on (R) knee to promote better ambulation. (WHAT TYPE OF
GAIT TRAINING)
3. AAROM of (R) towards 45° flexion by 10 reps x 2 sets x 20 sec rest interval
4. Isometric exercises towards (R) knee flexion & extension 10 reps x 2 sets x 20 sec rest interval
(HOW MANY SECONDS HOLD AND WHAT ANGLE)
5. Ankle pumps for reps to promote better circulation. (SPECIFIC PARAMETERS)

Progression:
1. Gait training with crutches to FWB on (R) knee
2. Heel/toe raises exercises for 2 sets x 10 reps x 20 sec hold
3. Open chain exercises towards 50° (R) knee extension for 2 sets x 10 reps (SPECIFIC
EXERCISE)
4. Trunk & pelvis stabilization exercise
