My main two goals for this semester is to focus on children behavior and time management.

 Behavior management: I can manage the children behaviour by use different strategies like
positive reinforcement and reward system.

 Time management: I could use timer to do not spend long time in the circle time.
3. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence)

The way I can know that I achieve my goals is to listen to my MST feedback.
