Minutes of the meeting:

Subject:

 Presentation of the Billings, Quotation and Variation Orders.

 No Engr’s must ask money in exchange for the process of their billing.
 Additional Manpower for the Subcon.
 Communication between the Engr’s and the Subcon regarding the project.
 Problem encounter by the Subcon.

SubCon Concers:

 Subcon works were stop because of some works that is under Admin works.
 On time request for the materials but being used and transfered to other project. So when the
time it is needed, Subcon works are in pending.
 Attention to ENGR. CLAVERO (Package 2 Project)
o Pier 6, Abutment & Footing (formworks are done by the Subcon for 3-5days as per
advice by the PM but the lot owner’s personnel (secutiry guard) calls the attention of
the Subcon to stop the work. Sir Clavero didn’t let the subcon bill these even if he was
the one who instructed them. Also the rebar reworks at the stem after the calamity.
o RETENTION – Sir Clavero won’t sign their retention billing until the project is completed
even if it’s just 70% partial.
 70% of the Total Retention if the Project is not yet TURNED OVER & ACCEPTED
by the DPWH Project Management
 100% of the Total Retention will be released if the Project is ALREADY TURNED
OVER & ACCEPTED by DPWH Project Management
 Delayed Materials
o Nails – Mambayaan
o Bagger Mixer & Plywood – Binitinan
o Rebars – Initao
