Module 9 Data Analysis

As a whole group the class is not doing very well. The class average is a 67% which is a
“D” average, which is considered below average. More than half the class scored below a 70%
which indicated that the material needs to be reviewed. Juan is doing very well because he made
a 100% on the test. Cody is also doing very well because he passed the test with a 93%.
However, he did miss the first question, which was an addition question. Hugh, Jack, and Jamal
also did pretty good on the test each scoring an 80%. The questions that they missed varried on
content matter, but they each missed 3 questions. As I mentioned previously the class average is
not as high as I would have liked. However, there are three students in particular that need some
extra attention. Luke made a 40% on the exam and had a forty average on all three components
of the test. Holly is another student who seems to be struggling as she made a 53% on the test.
However, her biggest area of concern is subtraction as she averaged a 20% on all those
questions. Sarah is another student of concern as she also scored a 53%. Her biggest area of
concern is division as she scored a 20% average on those questions. There are two questions that
2/3 of the class missed and one question that a little less than half the class missed. The subject
matter, as well as the test itself, will require some review.
