 Act as the leader of a Sourcing Delivery team, executing intermediate and complex sourcing projects from start to

finish, including but not limited to – sourcing requests validation per client guidelines, requirements analysis for the
bid packages, communicating with client requesters to close any data gaps, prepare and publish the package to the
identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and
summarizing proposals back to the requestor.
 Act as the first point of escalation with the team and client, communicating and resolving operational issues,
escalating to Client Program manager as needed
 Manage project pipeline, assign projects to team members based on availability
 Manage resource capacity of their delivery team so they can ensure support of client requirements and balance the
team’s workload
 Assist Sourcing Delivery resources by providing operational expertise
 Run and/or manage Reverse Auctions and eRFx's
 Participate in and/or lead sourcing teams through all key phases such as data collection, Rfx/reverse auction build-
out, analysis & strategy development, through Rfx award recommendation
 Arrange and coordinate training needs of the team
 Provide leadership and consultation on strategic projects with high importance and visibility within the client
 Provide Client Program Manager with insights into “significant” project work and daily operational and/or project
issues
 Assist with preparation, tracking, and reporting of team metrics (e.g., resource/team bandwidth, project metrics)
 Manage team project materials to ensure completeness and accuracy of project information and project metrics
 Lead process improvement discussions to enhance operations. Communicate changes to the Client Program Manager
and delivery team
 Lead quality assurance processes and regular audits of client delivery team
