Appellant specifically states in this motion that: (1) Respondent's brief violatesRule 84.04(a) because it does not contain a table of authorities and "no cases are cited in Respondent's entire brief"; and (2) Respondent's brief violates Rule 84.04(e) because the argument portion of the brief does not follow the order of the points relied on portion, does not restate the point relied on immediately preceding the argument related to that point, and contains no legal argument, does not contain any citations to the record on appeal and does not contain any citations to relevant legal authority. The trial court lacked personal jurisdiction over Appellant, due to lack of proper service of process as prescribed by Missouri statute. McDonald v. MaBee, 243, U.S. 90 (1917).
