2. 2D Strip layout design. The following profile should be included (8marks)

A. Pitch notching and pitch stopper
B. Two piercing holes as locating holes and two locating or pilot pins
C. Punching and blanking

3. Name the stamping and forming process on each station of the 2D strip layout
design (5marks)

4. Determine the cutting force. Show the detail calculations and assumptions (5marks)

5. Produce a detail 3D punch and upper die design showing clearly the punch and die
plate and fastening system (10marks)
