Dear DEAN MA. LOURDES DOMINGO-MAGLINAO, MD,

I am writing to you with hope and optimism that you will reconsider my application in the
UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery this coming Academic Year 2018-2019.

I have submitted my reconsideration letter last month, and attached therewith is my

October 2017 NMAT result which is 77. I was aware that my score was not enough for me to have
a slot in your faculty. I really want to study Medicine here so I retook the NMAT for the second
time last March 2018. Attached with this letter is the result of my second NMAT. I did not fail
myself this time because I scored higher this time; from 77, now I got 90 in the percentile rank.
Aside from the reason that I was unprepared the first time I took the NMAT, I think I was just too
pre-occupied that time because it coincided with my second shifting exams.

Again, I would like to ask you to reconsider my application with all due respect. Also
attached with my NMAT result on my first reconsideration letter is my transcript of record with
my latest general weighted average of 1.802, my batch ranking in which I ranked 52nd among 291
students, recommendation letters, and certificates of co-curricular activities.
