Introducción
Por tanto, software tiene como finalidad ofrecer a los usuarios, una alternativa para el
diligenciamiento de sugerencias ofreciendo un sitio para este trámite en el que cualquier usuario
podrá ingresar desde un sitio remoto con acceso a Internet, además también consta con un
módulo administrativo que solo tendrá acceso a usuarios que con los permisos necesarios, ya
sea para registrar las quejas y reclamos provenientes del buzón de sugerencias o las que se
presentan directamente por otro motivo.

documents becomes more expensive, which greatly hinders the prompt response to the user

Therefore, the purpose of the software is to offer users an alternative to fill out the suggestions,
offering a site for this process in which any user can access from a remote site with Internet
access, as well as an administrative module that only will have access to users who have the
necessary permits, either to register the complaints and claims coming Fromm the suggestion
box or those presented directly for another reason.

El sistema funcionará en un ambiente de ordenador y web, por lo que deberá ser capaz
de funcionar en cualquier plataforma con un navegador web instalado, siempre y cuando
disponga de conexión al servidor en que va a estar corriendo la aplicación, ya sea por
Internet o alguna red privada. El sistema tendrá además un conjunto reducido de
funcionalidades que podrán ser accedidas desde un Smart Device para el
diligenciamiento de los formatos.
