 INTRODUCTION

 Justificación:

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad establecer los

hechos de la persona ausente, cualquier familiar hasta el cuarto grado de
consanguinidad o afinidad puedan solicitar la designación de curador interino.

 Contexto Actual:

Observaremos así, un tipo de enfrentamiento con la muerte que denomina

desatendida, en tanto que, por falta del cuerpo y la ausencia de su reconocimiento
oficial, y atiendan al muerto y a los demás en espacios de contención social.
 INTRODUCTION

 Justification:
The purpose of this research work is to establish the facts of the absent person,
any family member up to the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity may request the
appointment of interim curator.

 Current context:

We will observe thus, a type of confrontation with the death that denominates
unattended,whereas, by lack of the body and the absence of its official recognition,
and they attend to the dead one and the others in spaces of social containment.
 RESUMEN

Asimismo, la persona que no se halla en su domicilio y transcurren más

de sesenta días, no tener noticias de su paradero cualquier familiar
hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad o afinidad puede solicitar al
juez, los bienes o propiedades de la persona ausente invocando por
legitimo interés.

En caso de que el desaparecido tengo representante o mandatario

tengo representante o mandatario con todas sus facultades, no procede
la designación pedido por el familiar.
 SUMMARY

Also, the person who is not at home and spend more than sixty days,
