Dear Sir/Madam,

The program of this summer school has sparked my enthusiasm to apply and become part of it.
I do hold a deep interest in architecture in such a degree that I would like to devote my life
understanding and studying it.

Therefore, I would be fascinated to take part of this summer school and enrich my knowledge. I
have been interested in architecture since I was in primary school and we were supposed to make
miniature design and models. During high school I was often doing researches about the
well-known architects, buildings and constructions around the world, and I was also doing many
sketches which helped me understand the relation between the buildings and the environment.
In addition, during the first and the second year of my university studies, I learned the process of
designing, analyzing, creative thinking, critical approach, experimenting, functioning, and team
work.
I took part of the summer school in Kriva Palanka, Macedonia last year, and I was honored to
meet and learn from the coordinator Ales Vodopivec.
I am amazed that we will use the natural flooding in Soomaa as a laboratory for global problems.
I am looking forward to learn more about using minimal (spatial) necessities for humans in
extreme conditions, as i have read lots of books and articles about it.

Finally, I am sure that the knowledge I can gain will allow me to contribute to the Macedonian
architecture and its development.
According to me, the architecture is the best medium to express creativity because it is a mixture
of different arts and sciences. I firmly believe that I will be able to cope with the requirements of
the summer school.
