-Sort pictures of non- renewable and renewable.
-Identify Natural resource and Renewable resources, Non
Renewable Orally.
-Explain why these resources consider as nonrenewable or
renewable.

behavior management/ manage learning/ learning style/ appropriate activities/ the way of transferring
the information/ teaching methods.

Observed Strengths: Suggestions for further development:

- Excellent classroom management, she used the
bell to get their attention and it was effective.
- She used a variety of teaching materials. e.g. she
showed them real examples of renewable and non-
renewable resources.
- Make the learning fun.
- Improve cooperative work.
-Scaffold the students who need help until they
understand.
- Save the time especially in the begging of the class
where students take long time to prepare their
things and set, so you may say the first group will
finish and set quietly will get a point and praise them
so every one will try to finish quickly and you will
save your time.
-Using the bell was a good idea but if you use it like
every few minutes it will not work because the
students will not response to it. So you may use the
bell for three times but you also have to use another
strategy, for instance, raising hand or high five which
mean if you raise your hand the students have to be
quite and raise their hands also.

Conducting observations with my friend is such a perfect idea because we can discuss comfortably together
and share comments about each specific things and ask each other questions such as: how my teaching
was? It was good? What do you think that I need to develop and how? Were the students engaged with
me? Etc... so these kind of questions aid us to determine the areas that we need to work on and develop
and plan for next steps in our teaching practice journey. My colleague Anoud agreed with me on the
comments that I've wrote to improve her and she said yes you're right I need to save the time and that by
praising who finish first so the rest of the class will do the same in order to be praised, and she said that she
will apply what i've said and see the improvements. And she want me to observe her again to see if it will
work.
