PROSEDUR DAN PENGAMBILAN LEVEL FLUIDA DENGAN

MENGGUNAKAN ALAT ECHOMETER ( SONOLOG )
PADA SUMUR PRODUKSI
DI PT PERTAMINA EP ASSET 1 FIELD RAMBA

Sonolog adalah suatu alat perekam keadaan permukaan cairan di

annulus suatu sumur dengan menggunakan bunyi (sound). Dalam dunia
perminyakan, data permukaan cairan sumur sumur minyak sangat penting.
Sonolog sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan di sumur-sumur minyak dan
gas.Oleh karena itu dalam menganalisa sumur perlu dilakukan metode sonolog.
Metode Sonolog Tes menggunakan alat Total Well Management (TWM) sebagai
Well Analyzer yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data keperluan analisa
performance sumur. Informasi tentang data sumur ini dapat diperoleh dengan
menggunakan gas gun sebagai sumber gelombang bunyi yang ditembakkan ke
sumur.
Hasil refleksi dari dalam sumur direkam dalam bentuk grafik yang
direkam di komputer.Pada satu sumur hanya dilakukan sonolog satu kali,
selanjutnya dilakukan kembali pada saat 3 bulan kedepan tidak dilakukan
keesokan harinya. Aplikasi Well Analyzer dari Echometer pada metode Sonolog
Tes membantu melihat peluang peningkatan produksi lebih lanjut seperti
dengan menganalisa tinggi puncak cairan pada sumur yang datanya terlihat di
komputer. Software ini dibaca dengan cara melihat kedalaman sumur, kedalaman
pompa, kedalaman tubing dan sebagainya. Dari perhitungan sonolog pada
sumur XX – 109 didapatkan hasil DFL sebesar 2.434, 50 ft, SMG sebesar
405,15 ft, Pgas sebesar4,179 psi. Pada Sumur XX – 109 ini didapat nilai PI sebesar
0.491 bbl/d/Psi, laju alir (Q) sebesar 478bbl, dimana hasil ini lebih besar dari Q
optimum yaitu 461.368 bfpd maka sumur tersebut perlu dilakukan gross down.

Sonolog is a fluid surface recording device in the annulus of a well by

sound. In the oil world, surface fluid data of oil wells is very important. Sonolog is
very important to be implemented in oil and gas wells. Therefore in analyzing the
wells need to be done method sonolog. Method Sonolog Tests use Total Well
Management (TWM) tools as Well Analyzer which is used to obtain data for well
performance analysis. Information about this well data can be obtained by using
gas gun as a source of sound waves fired into the well.
The results of reflections from within the well are recorded in the form
of graphs recorded on the computer. In one well the sonolog is done only once,
then done again in the next 3 months not done the next day. The Well Analyzer
Application of the Echometer on the Sonolog Methods Tests helps to see further
increased production opportunities such as by analyzing the peak fluid height at
wells whose data are visible on the computer. This software is read by looking at
the depth of the well, the depth of the pump, the depth of tubing and so on. From
the calculation of sonolog on well AB-100 obtained DFL results of 2.434, 50 ft,
SMG 405.15 ft, Pgas 4,179 psi. At this well AB-100 obtained PI value of 0.491 bbl
/ d / Psi, flow rate (Q) of 478 bbl, where this result is greater than Qoptimum that
is 461.368 bfpd then the well needs to be gross down.
