    Joe Viol DENVER ass erie Suet PUBLIC SAFETY September 19, 2017 and Negotiated Sui Case No, IC2017-0019 Zachery Philips, P0011 Corporal in the Classified Service of the Denver Police Department This is before the Executive Director of the Department of Safety to approve, disapprove or modily the Chief of Police's Written Command ordering disciplinary action against Corporal Zachery Philips. The Write Command determined that Corporal Philips committed violations of RA-115.1, Conduct Prohibit by Law, as it pertains to C.RS. § 18-7-202 (Soliciting Prostitution), and RA-141.1, Prohibited Associations, of the Denver Police Deparment Operations Manual, when he engaged a prostitute for a sexual act and then pursued a social relationship with her. The Written Command determined that these were Conduct Category F rule violations and imposed penalties of termination. Pursuant to the Negotiated Stipulation and Agreement, attached to this Order, the dismissal from the Classified Service wil be held in abeyance for a period of twelve (12) months, subject to the terms and conditions, as
