Step cooling tests of the base metal are required for 2 %4 Cr-1 Mo, 2% Cr-l Mo- % V, 3 Cl Mo and 3 Cr-1 Mo- % V steels, unless impact testing at -80° F (-62° C) results in 40 ft-lb (55 Joules) average minimum and no single value below 35 fi-Ib (48 Joules). The phosphorous content of 1 Cr- ¥ Mo and I % Cr-¥ Mo steels shall not exceed 0.007% in weight. Tolerance 12: Bottom of vessel support to base line 0 mm, -6 mm. Tolerance 13: For supports located above baseline, tolerances shall be Omm, + 6 mm.
