more than 50 builders and developers whose homes range in price from $70,000 to more than $1 million in
urban and suburban locations.

Fannie Mae provides financing for apartment buildings, condominiums, or cooperatives with five or more
individual units through a nationwide network of Delegated Underwriting and Servicing. My responsibilities
included the monitoring of lenders for compliance and understanding of Fannie Mae guidelines. I closely
monitored lenders and produced weekly and monthly reports which indicated their delinquency ratio, occupancy
ratio as well as other factors. Based on the lenders performance, I recommended a field visit, watch list,
suspension or termination.
My duties included the supervision of lenders for compliance with Fannie Mae Guidelines. I assisted lenders with
questions or explanation of guidelines. I also assisted in the Fannie Mae approval process as well as the
suspension or termination of lenders. I routinely visited lenders who were on the watch list. I conducted on-site
workshops as well as assisted with in-house lender training.
