AFFIDAVIT

I, Joseph Christopher C. Balagtas of ALS 1-E, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and a
resident of Marikina City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1) I was early in school, around 8:00 AM. It was the usual morning where only few
people were in the campus at that time of the day.

2) I was pooping in the CR near the Chapel when I heard two guys come in.

3) I always try my best to keep silent whenever there are other people inside the
washroom so I made sure they can't hear me.

4) The other person sounded gay. His voice was soft and his tune was feminine.

5) They were talking about sending something to the Dean of the College of Law,
Dean Candelaria.

6) They were both reluctant. It seemed like they want to send that thing they are
talking about but afterwards, they sounded scared and worried.

7) The other ,not gay guy merely said “sige na gawin na natin”.
8) I found it unusual that they only went inside to talk, they did not wash their
hands and did not even use the toilet or the urinal

9) They then went out, in a usual manner, not in a rush but you could tell that
calmness was absent.

10) I waited for at least 2 minutes before washing myself up. When I got out,
nobody was there.

11) At around 3:30, we were having our Constitutional law class when our
professor, Atty.Ingles announced that we should pack our things and go down.
12) The students were evacuated due to a bomb threat. It was that point were I
realized that perhaps this was what the two guys were talking about.

13) At around 3:35 to 3:40, I talked to kuya Roy and told him what I hear earlier.

14) He got my number and said that he'd call me as soon as he relays the message
to the administrators.

15) 15-20 minutes after he called me and asked about the details of what I heard
16) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 24th day of April ,
