Cancer Treatment

▪ As a group we felt that there would be more information,

resources, statistic on this topic.
▪ It would help make the outline, storyboard, video easier due to so
many ways that it can be presented especially when finding
information for our project.
▪ Everyone has heard about cancer or know about at least a form of
cancer treatments.
Are animals used for cancer research?

Why this graph? Why these animals

▪ Sometimes we forget how research is conducted and verified…it is not

always done oin the labs with beakers.
▪ Being a mammal, saving the differences logical, a large part of the
biochemical processes and physiological are very similar.
▪ It has a very short generation time and a high reproductive index; its
size is small and relatively docile.
▪ You can control with relative ease the environmental variables, more
precisely the macro and microenvironment, fundamental for
development correct of the experiments
▪ Unfortunately there are consequences to find cure or treatments for
cancer
Why the black and white picture?

Different reasons:
❖ Demonstrate that many of the cancer treatments were developed a long time ago.

❖ Cancer treatments were and are developed as a team.

❖ New technology needs to be used to advance past treatment into the new age.

❖ Developing treatment is continuous it has not stopped.

What was the hardest part of working I group?
Scheduling – Difficulty 1

Family
Transportation

Oher Classes

Exams

Work Schedule
Explanations – Difficulty 2

As expected when you work with

different people there is a barrier
when it comes to communication
especially when you didn’t write
the research.

Has it ever happened that you have a

thought in your head and you believe
you explain it well but when you look
at the other person they are like
what???

It was hard to get people to have the same

vision as the person that was in charge of the
assignment.
Communication barriers – Difficulty 3
Responsibility
within our group
members

➢ Assignments were distributed for

all members of the group.
➢ Each one was responsible for each
step of the video
➢ Was responsible to complete their
part and turn it in in time after
sharing with the group for
suggestions, opinion, praise and
/or complaints.
➢ No one complained
Ok maybe a little ☺
