Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded) IBIR Form bio. 1601-EQ] and Quarterl,v
Remittance Return of Final Income Taxes Withheld (BIR Forrl No. 1601-FQ),
please be informed that the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation h4odule
Velsion 6.0 is now available fbr use. This can be dou,nloaded from the Bureau's
u,ebsite at',r-ra,u .i:ir.gqt'.ph, as foliow's:

1. Click on the "Downloadables" button at the lorver 1eft side of the u'eb
page;
2. Scroll dorvn to search tbr the section showing the "Alphalist Data
Entry and Validation Module Version 6.0 (nerv)"; and
3. Fol1ow the instructions stated on the said section to instali the module.

The QAP shall be submitted either through the eSubrnission faciiit-v

(e:uhruissi.*n,€rbir.g*-..i:i) of the Bureau or through the dedicated emaii accourt
olthe Rerrenue District Officer havingiurisdiction over the r,r'ithholding agent's
registered address. This is required to be submitted on or before the last da1' of
the month follorving the close of the quarler as an "attachment" to the quanerl-v
u.ithholding tax retums prescribed under Revenue Regulations No. 1 1-201 B, as
amended.
