Berwin Leighton Paisner Rolls Out IntApp Wall Builder for Firm Risk Management, Information

Barriers and Confidentiality Enforcement

PALO ALTO, Calif.—April 19, 2010—IntApp, Inc., the leading provider of risk management software for the legal industry, today
announced that Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (BLP), a full-service City law firm comprising 730 lawyers and 6 offices, has
successfully deployed IntApp Wall Builder, enabling firm risk stakeholders to centrally enforce confidentiality policies and track
compliance across the organisation.

Wall Builder is a web-based confidentiality management application that enables organisations to centrally control, monitor and
report on user access rights across multiple applications including document management, accounting, portal, CRM, time entry and
records management systems. It also automates notifications to individuals subject to specific policies and tracks acknowledgments
for compliance purposes.

“We selected IntApp Wall Builder after a comprehensive review of several options. Key decision criteria for our firm included the
quality of the product, its ability to meet the business and functional needs of our risk and compliance stakeholders, and the
expertise of the vendor, including their ability to meet our implementation requirements,” said Janet Day, IT Director, Berwin Leighton
Paisner LLP. “IntApp distinguished itself on all fronts with a superb product, successfully adopted by many peer firms and backed by
a skilled service, support and project management team that’s been a pleasure to work with.”

Law firms must closely manage and track internal access to client information for many reasons. These include requirements tied to
rules of professional responsibility regarding conflicts (SRA Rules 3 & 4), client mandates, and regulatory rules including the EU
Market Abuse and Privacy Directives.

Wall Builder replaces distributed, ad hoc approaches to information security with a centralised system that provides organisations
with unprecedented capability and control over user access to specific applications, documents and other information. It’s the only
product for law firms that delivers real-time enforcement while updating access rights in response to lawyer behaviour to ensure that
policies are kept up to date automatically.

“Our firm has made it a priority to ensure we are adopting industry best practice concerning information barriers and meeting client
expectations for managing confidential information, and Wall Builder is an integral part of our response strategy,” said Nicole Bigby,
Head of Risk, Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. “We partnered with IntApp because of their proven record and deep expertise in law firm
risk management — they’re a company that is providing technology solutions which support a much greater level of sophistication in
how law firms are then able to ensure compliance solutions are integrated into their business of providing legal services.

“City firms face a special series of confidentiality rules, regulations and industry expectations. By adopting Wall Builder, BLP is well-
positioned to address current and emerging requirements,” said Pat Archbold, head of IntApp's Risk Practice Group. “We’re pleased
to count them as another successful law firm Wall Builder client and look forward to supporting their ongoing risk management and
compliance initiatives.”
