Staff Position Hiring Requirements What are these people responsible for? (Definition)

Administrator Must be at least 21 years of age, All administrators -person who is responsible for operation of child care

To make sure you aren't a criminal, most places won't hire if you are a criminal.

6. What forms should be on file before new employees begin work, and what is the purpose of each?
Criminal background check, drug test, credentials, the purpose is to make sure you aren't a criminal and aren't on drugs.

7. What should be done during a new employee orientation?


Review personnel policies , review purpose and goals, observation of center operations, and recognizing symptoms if child abuse and neglect

8. What types of internal trainings should be provided for staff?


They can train on professionalism, program management, productive relationships with families, and children's social and emotional development.
