1 Domeniu
Prezentul document defineste relatia dintre Partenerul
Network Lavoro Etico si CISE, pe de-o parte, si
Organizatia care doreste certificarea SA8000 a
sistemului de responsabilitate sociala, pe de alta parte,
si stabileste regulile pentru emiterea, mentinerea,
extinderea/reducerea, reinnoirea, suspendarea si
retragerea unei astfel de certificari.
NOTA: Un partener al Network Lavoro Etico poate
apartine uneia dintre urmatoarele categorii
- Organism de certificare, ex.: doar CISE
(Centro per "Innovazione ¢ lo Sviluppo Economico,
corso della Repubblica n°5, 1-47100 Forli (FC), Italia,
info@avoroetico.org) in baza acreditarii primite de 1a
SAAS (Serviciul de acreditare a responsabilitatit
sociale, 15 West 44th Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY
10036, saas@saasaccreditation.org);
- Partener Baseline (doar in Italia), ex.
organism care promoveaza certificarea SA8000;
= Partener Active (oumai in Italia), ex.
organism de inspectie care realizeaza doar audituri 1a
fata locului, dar care nu realizeaza activitati de ofertare
si de planificare a audituluis
- _ Partener Proactiv (doar in Italia), ex.: organism
de inspectie care realizeaza ofertarea, planificarea
auditului, auditul la fata locului, raportarea auditulu si
auditul de urmarire, utilizand sistemul on-line GESA
realizat, administrat si controlat de CISE;
= Partener International, ex.: organism de
inspectie care realizeaza oferta financiara, planificarea
auditului, auditul la fata locului, raportul de audit si
auditul de urmarire, utitizand sistemul on-line GESA

supravegherea stricta a Ini CISE, in acord cu
autorizarile /validarile specifice din partea CISE.

1 Scope
‘The present document defines the relationship between
the Network Lavoro Btico Partner and C.LS.B., on the
‘one hand, and the Organisation seeking SA8000
certification of their corporate social responsibility
system on the other hand and sets the rules for issuing,
maintaining, extending / reducing, renewing,
suspending and withdrawing such certification,
NOTE: a Network Lavoro Ftico Partner may belong to
one of the following categories:
- Certification body, i.e. solely C.LS.E. (Centro
per ['Innovazione e lo Sviluppo Economico, corso
della Repubblica n°5, 1-47100 Forli (FC), Italy,
info@lavoroetico.org) upon accreditation received by
SAAS (Social Accountability Accreditation Service,
15 West 44th Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10036,
saas@saasaccreditation.org),
- Baseline Partner (Italy only), i.e. body solely
promoting the business of SA8000 certification;
‘Active Partner (Italy only), i.e. inspection
body performing on-site audits but with no access 10
quotation-making and audit-planning activities;
- Proactive Partner (Italy only), ie. inspection
body performing quotation-making, audit-planning,
on-site auditing, audit reporting and audit follow-up
activities using the on-line GESA. system developed,
‘managed and controlled by C.LS.E.

2 Statutul de Organizatie Aplicanta SA8000
Statutul de Aplicant SA8000 consta in recunoasterea
Organizatiei care doreste sa adopte SA8000 ca o
politica interna si parcurge primele etape esentiale
pentru cettificare. O Organizatie Aplicanta pentru
SA8000 isi declara conformarea sa cu legislatia
nationala si locala referitoare la cerintele SA8000,
declara ca a inteles cerintele SA8000 si este gata sa
inceapa procesul pentru implementare si certificare.
3 Reguli pentru obtinerea recunoasterii Statutului
de Aplicant SA8000
Organizatia care doreste sa obtina recunoasterea
Statutului de Aplicant SA8000 contacteaza Partenerul
‘Network Lavoro Etico care apoi invita Organizatia sa
completeze “Formular Informatii Organizatie” de pe
www.lavoroetico.org. Informatiile furnizate prin
formularul mentionat mai sus vor fi utilizate de
Partenerul Network Lavoro Btico pentru a emite 0
Oferta care va fi trimisa Organizatiei solicitante
impreuna cu 0 copie a Standardului SA8000, Regulile
de certificare, Programul de efectuare a_platilor,
‘Termenii si Conditii generale de certificare, Comanda
de certificare si Formularul de autoevaluare.
Organizatia accepta Oferta’ prin semnatura
reprezentantului sau legal pe care o va trimite
Partenerului Network Lavoro Btico impreuna cu
Formularal de Comanda completat corespunzator.
Formularul de Comanda trebuie sa aiba semnatura
reprezentantului legal al Organizatiei si a cel putin
unui reptezentant al sindicatului sau a
Reprezentantului lucratorilor SA8000. In acest fel este
sprijinit dialogul dintre partile interesate in Ivarea
decizici de a implementa un sistem al responsabilitatii
sociale in Organizatie si de a aproba planurile de
conformare intreprinse de Organizatie. Mai mult, se
cere ca reprezentantul sindicatului sau Reprezentantul
lucratorilor SA8000 sa sprijine decizia Organizatiei de
a se certifica.
Organizatia este obligata sa plateasca taxele indicate in
Oferta (taxa de initiere + taxa auditul de certificare
faza I si faza MD). In urma platii, Organizatia trimite
Partenerului Network Lavoro Etico Formularul de
autoevaluare —completat_ in conformitate cu
instructiunile incluse in formular, Partenerul Network
Lavoro. Ftico realizeaza 0 evaluare _initiala,

‘The Applicant Status consists of a recognition to
Organisation willing to adopt SA8000 as their policy
and take the first essential steps towards certification,
An SA8000 Applicant declares its compliance with
national and local legislation relating to SA8000
requirements, declares to have understood SA8000
requirements and to be ready to take up the process
towards implementation and certification.
3. Rules for obtaining the $4800 Applicant Status
recognition
‘The Organisation willing to obtain the SA8000
Applicant Status recognition contacts the Network
Lavoro Etico Partner who then invites the Organisation
to fill in the “Information Form” available on
‘wwwlavoroetico.org. The information provided
through the above mentioned form will be used by the
‘Network Lavoro Etico Partner to issue a Quotation that
will be sent to the applicant Organisation along with a
copy of the SA8000 Standard, the Rules for
Certification, the Fee Schedule, General Terms and
Conditions of the Service, the Application Form and
the Self-assessment Form,
‘The Organisation that accepts the Quotation, has it
signed by the legal representative and sends it to the
Network Lavoro Etico Partner along with Application
Form duly filled in. The Application Form provides for
the signature of both the legal representative of the
Organisation and of — at least — one trade union
representative or, otherwise, of the SA8000 Workers
Representative. This is aimed at supporting the
dialogue among the interested parties in taking the
decision to implement a corporate social responsibility
system and in approving compliance plans undertaken
by the Organisation. Moreover, it required that a trade
union representative or, otherwise, the SA8000
Workers Representative endorses the decision of the
Organisation to seek certification,
The Organisation is required contextually to pay fees
indicated in the Quotation (application fee + I stage
and II stage certification audit fee). Upon completion,
the Organisation submits to the Network Lavoro Etico
Partner the Self-assessment Form filled in according to
the instructions included in the form itself. ‘The

documentand in Raportul de evaluare problemele
identificate in Formularul de autoevaluare. Apoi,
partenerul Network Lavoro Etico trimite docurnentatia
Ja CISE, acesta analizeaza cererea pentru Statutul de
Aplicant SA8000 si decide acceptarea sau
neacceptarea acestea.
Daca cererea nu este acceptata, din motivele explicate
in Raportul de evaluare, Organizatia solicitanta trebuie
sa solutioneze problemele identificate, in timp de o
luna de la data comunicarii acestora. Daca organizatia
nu realizeaza acest Iucru, pentru a obtine recunoasterea
Statutului de Aplicant SA8000, trebuie sa plateasca
ulterior o alta taxa de initiere, asa cum este indicat i
Oferta. Daca cererea este acceptata, impreuna cu
recomandari de imbunatatire sau fara astfel de
recomandari, CISE emite Certificatul de Aplicant
SA8000.
Tipologia problemelor Tuate in calcul atunci cand se
evalueaza daca se emite sau nu Certificatul de Aplicant
SA8000 este prezentata in Criteriile generale pentru
auditarea sistemelor de responsabilitate sociala, in
Raportul de evaluare si in urmatorul tabel:

‘Then the Network Lavoro Btico Partner submits the
documentation to C.LS.E., that takes into examination
the application for the Applicant Status and decides
whether to accept or reject it.
Should the application be rejected, for reasons
explained in the Evaluation Report, the applicant
Organisation must amend the outlined shortcomings
within one-month time from the date of their
communication. If the Organisation fails to do so, in
order to obtain the recognition of the SA8000
Applicant Status, it is required to pay a further
application fee, as indicated in the Quotation. Should
the application be accepted, both with request for
amendments following the Evaluation Report or
without any such request, C.LS.B. issues the SA8000
Applicant Status Certificate,
The typology of shortcomings that are taken into
account when evaluating whether to issue or not an
SA8000 Applicant Status Certificate are illustrated in
the General Criteria for Auditing Social Accountability
Systems, in the Evaluation Report and in the following,
table:

Organizatia se angajeaza sa parcurga un audit de
certificare intr-un an de la emiterea Certificatului de
Aplicant $A8000. Daca un Aplicant SA8000 nu poate
sa parcurga un audit de certificare intr-un an, poate
solicita reinnoirea de doua ori pentru fiecare dintre
urmatorii doi ani, Atunci cand solicita reinnoirea,
Organizatia trebuie sa actualizeze Formularal de
autoevaluare, descriind progresele realizate in primul
an ca Aplicant SA8000 si actiunile de imbunatatire
care vor fi implementate inainte de auditul de
certificare. De ficcare data cand Organizatia solicita
reinnoirea Certificatului de Aplicant SA8000, trebuie
sa plateasca Taxele de initiere (nu Taxele de audit). Un
Aplicant SA8000 poate avea acest statut pentru cel

reinnoire, Daca trece un an fara ca Organizatia sa aiba
auditul de certificare sau sa solicite o reinnoire a
Statutului de Aplicant $8000 sau daca Organizatia ma
« parcurs auditul de certificate dupa reinnoiri, plata in
avans a Taxelor de certificare nu va fi rambursata
Organizatiei
Recunoasterea efectiva a Statutului de Aplicant
SA8000 permite Organizatiei sa se declare public ca
Aplicant SA8000 si sa utilizeze certificatal sau in
conformitate cu Articolul 12 al Regulilor de certificare.
Certificatul de Aplicant SA8000 este notificat catre
SAAS de CISE.
4 Certificarea SA8000
Certificarea testa conformarea _Sistemului
responsabilitate sociala cu standardul de referinta,
Activitatile de certificare sunt realizate de CISE, prin
intermediul Network Lavoro Btico. In cadral Network
Lavoro Etico exista organisme de certificare carora
CISE poate subcontracta auditul pentra sistemul de
responsabilitate sociala, precum si auditurile de
supraveghere. Certificatul emis de CISE este
documentul care atesta ca Organizatia solicitanta
detine un sistem al responsabilitatit sociale
‘corespunzator si ca acesta este conform standardului.
Prin urmare, auditul realizat de Partenerul Network
Lavoro tico pentru evaluareaconformarit
Organizatiei cu standardul (SA 8000) este un serviciu
furnizat Organizatiei solicitante pentru care
Organizatia trebuie sa plateasca _contravaloarea
aferenta tarifelor de certificare aplicabile.
Contractul dintre Partenerul Network Lavoro Etico si
Organizatia solicitanta intra in vigoare la data
confirmarii acceptului Comenzii de Certificare de catre
Partenerul Network Lavoro Ftico si expira la trei ani
de la decizia Comitetului de Certificare de emitere a
certificatului, La sfarsitul perioadei de tei ani,
contractul poate fi reinnoit,

Pe baza acestui contract care stabileste ca uncle
activitati sa fie realizate de CISE si nu de Partenerul
Network Lavoro Etico, Partenerul Network Lavoro
Etico isi asuma urmatoarele obligatii in numele sau
si/sau al lui CISI

go by without the Organisation undergoing the
certification audit or asking for a renewal of the
SA8000 Applicant Status, or should the Organisation
not undergo the certification audit after the renewals,
pre-payment of the Certification Fees will not be
reimbursed to the Organisation.

allows the Organisation to publicly state itself as an
SA8000 Applicant and to make use of its certificate
conforming to Article 12 of the Rules for Certification.
‘The SA8000 Applicant Certificate is notified to SAAS.

4 SA8000 Certification
Certification attests the conformity of the Social
Accountability System to the reference standard.
Certification activities are carried out by C.LS.E.
availing itself of the operational instrument Network
Lavoro Etico, Network Lavoro Etico includes
certification bodies C.LS.B. may decide to subcontract,
social accountability system audit and surveillance
audits to, The certificate issued by C.LS.E. is the
document attesting the applicant Organisation has a
social accountability system in place that is
conforming to the standard,
‘Therefore, the audit carried out by the Network Lavoro
Etico Partner in order to verify the conformance of the
Organisation to the standard is a service supplied to the
applicant Organisation and to obtain which the
applicant Organisation corresponds a payment
following current applicable fees.
A contract between the Network Lavoro Etico Partner
and the applicant Organisation enters into force from
the date when the Network Lavoro Btico Partner
confirms acceptance of the Application for
Certification and expires three years after the date
‘when the Certification Committee takes the decision to
issue the certificate. At the end of the three-years
duration, the contract may be subject to renewal.
On the basis of this contract, which contemplates that
certain activities will be carried out by C.LS.B. and not
by the Network Lavoro Etico Partner, the Network
Lavoro Ftico Partner undertakes the following
obligations for itself and/or for C.LS.E.

SR EN ISOICET 17021-2006, cu regulile organismului
de acreditare SAAS si cu regulile Network Lavoro
Btico.
- Sa evalueze Organizatia cu maxima
obiectivitate in fiecare din etapele procesului de
certificare, in conformitate cu standardul de referinta si
sau ofere consultanta nici pentru implementarea
Sistemului de management al responsabilitatit sociale
si nici pentru pregatirea documentelor despre sistem;
= Sa mu semneze contracte pentru certificarea
Sistemelor de responsabilitate _sociala ale
Organizatiilor care realizeaza activitati in competitie
cu acelea realizate de Partenerii Network Lavoro;
Sa mentina sistemul de management al
implementarii actiunilor corective (CAR — corective
action request) numit sistem GESA SA 8000
(Gestione $A8000) care este un program software
dezvoltat de CISE pentru gestionarea CAR (Actitni
corective necesare) si care permite completarea in mod
cuprinzator a tuturor CAR (Cereri de actiuni corective)
corespunzatoare fiecarei Organizatii, rezultate in urma
auditurilor si a procesului de certificare si prezentarea
evolutiei gestionarii de catre Organizatie a
Problematicilor, CAR si Observatiilor. Mai mult, acest
program software permite eliminarea documentelor pe
suport de hartie, respectiv formularul corespunzator
‘Neconformitatilor, Observatiilor si Cererilor de
Actiuni Coreetive. Dupa finalizarea fazei I a auditutui,
‘Auditorul Sef inmaneaza Reprezentantului legal al
organizatiei sau reprezentului/ii saw/sai delegat/i un
plic sigilat continand Nume utilizator si Patola pentru a
accesa campul protejat (Protected Area) a web-site-
ului waww.lavoroetico.org, unde se administreaza on-
line procesele de certificare, Reprezentantul legal al
Organizatiei sau reprezentantullii delegavi al/ai
acestuia va trimite Partenerului Network Lavoro Etico
Formularul cererii de acces GESA (inclus in plic)
mentionand numele persoanei careia i-au fost facute
cunoscute Numele de utilizator si Parola si numele
celorlalte persoane pe care Organizatia, ulterior, ar dori
sa detina un Nume utiizator si Parola. Dupa primirea
Formularului de cerere a accesului in GESA, Numele
de utilizator si Parolele originale si ulterioare sunt
confirmate si activate;
- Sa sustina Social Accountability Watch
(S.A.W.): campul din cadrul web-site-ului
UNI CEI EN 17021-2006, to the rules of the
accreditation body SAAS and to the rules of the
Network Lavoro Etico;
- To assess the Organisation with maximum
objectiveness along all the steps of the certification
process, according to the reference standard and not
providing consultancy neither on the implementation
of the Social Accountability Management System nor
on the preparation of documents related to the system
itself;
- Avoid undersigning contracts forthe
certification of Social Accountability Systems of
Organisations that carry out activities in competition
with those carried out by the Partners of the Network
Lavoro;
- To maintain the —SA8000 CARs
management system called GESA (Gestione
‘SA8000), that is the software developed by C.LS.E. to
manage CARs (Corrective Actions Required) and
enabling to file in a comprehensive way all CARs
relating to each single Organisation stemming from
audits and on-going certification processes and to
present the evolution in the management by the
Organisation of Problems, CARs and Observations.
Moreover, this software enables the elimination of
some paper forms, namely the Non-conformity Form,
the Observation Form, Corrective Action Required
Form. Upon completion of the I stage audit, the Lead
‘Auditor provides the Legal Representative of the
Organisation or his/her delegates a sealed envelope
containing Username and Password to access the
Protected Area of the web-site www.lavoroetico.org,
where on-line management of the SA8000 certification
processes takes place. The Legal Representative of the
Organisation or to his/her delegate(s) shall submit to
the Network Lavoro Etico Partner the GESA Access
Request Form (contained in the envelope) stating the
name of the person who has been appointed the
Username and Password and the name of other persons
the Organisation would like to have further Username
and Passwords appointed to. Upon receipt of the
GESA Access Request Form, the original and further
Usernames and Passwords are confirmed and
activated;

certificare;
- Sa se asigure ca toate informatiile si datele
despre personalul Organizatici care ar putea fi
furizate auditorilor in timpul auditurilor sunt utilizate
numai in cadrul procesului de certificare a Sistemului
responsabilitatii sociale si nu sunt comunicate extern si
nici utilizate in alt mod;
- Sa solicite, in plus, semnarea unui Contract de
confidentialitate pe care sa-l incheie auditori si
personalul care lucreaza pentru Partenerul Network
Lavoro Btico.
= Sa angajeze personal instruit corespunzator
realizarii activitatilor de certficare;
- Sa se asigure de respectarea
convenit de a desfasura _activitati
Organizatia care solicita certificarea;
= Sa actualizeze evolutia standardelor aplicabile
privind Responsabilitatea sociala;
= Sa se asigure ca Organizatiile certificate
primesc servicii de certificare a Sistemului de
responsabilitate sociala de cea mai buna calitate in
acord cu standardele si legislatia de ultima ora si
vizibilitatea intemnationala a etichetelor acordate dupa
certificare;
- Sa informeze Organizatiile aflate in curs de
desfasurare a procesului de certificare cu privire la
schimbarile legate de cerintele certificarii si sa ia in
considerare punctul lor de vedere inainte de a le
finaliza si stabilirea datet intrarii acestora in vigoare;
= Sa. informeze despre initiativele Network
Lavoro Ftico de a promova cultura Responsabilitatit
sociale corporative;
- Sa inregistreze Organizatia in Lista
organizatilor certificate conform deciziei de certificare
a Comitetului de Certificare;
- Sa informeze Organizatia despre orice
schimbare a Regulilor de certificare si a documentelor
conexe care ar putea fi introduse dupa semnarea
Contractului de certificare. Astfel de schimbari trebuie
sa fie aprobate de Organizatie. In mod exceptional,
Directia CISE oricand ar putea decide alte
termenului
ce implica
- To preserve confidentiality of information
acquired in performing certification activities during
the period of validity of the Certification Contract,
save the faculty to communicate provided for by art 11
in case the certificate is revoked;
= To ensure that all information about and data
referring to the personnel of the Organisation that
might be notified to the auditors during audits are used
only within the certification process of the Social
Accountability System and are neither communicated
externally nor made use of in any other way;
= To require, to the former extent, the
undersigning of a Confidentiality Agreement by
auditors and staff operating on behalf of the Network
Lavoro Btico Partner;
- To employ properly trained personnel to
perform certification activities;
- To ensure that the timeframe agreed upon to
perform activities that involve the Organisation
seeking certification is respected;
- To provide updating on the evolution of the
applicable norms on Social Accountability;
- To ensure that certified Organisations are
provided the top-quality Social Accountability System
certification services, with reference to the state-of-
the-art of standards and legislation and to worldwide
visibility of the labels awarded upon certification;
- To inform Organisations with on-going
cettification process about changes to be made in
certification requirements and take into account their
point of view before making them final and
determining the date of effectiveness;
= Toinform on Network Lavoro Etico initiatives
to promote the culture of Corporate Social
Responsibility;
- To register the Organisation in the List of
Certified upon certification decision by the
Certification Committee;
= To inform the Organisation on any change to
the Rules for Certification and related documents that
might be introduced after signing the Certification
Contract. Such changes have to be approved

Organizatia care solicita certificarea are urmatoarele
obligatii:
= Sa fumizeze Partenerului Network Lavoro
Etico toate informatiile necesare pentru a incepe
procesul de certificare si orice alt document sau
informatie specifica solicitata de Partenerul Network
Lavoro Elio;
- Sa ofere lista santierelor mobile/temporare,
daca este cazul. Un esantion va fi ales din lista pentru a
efectua audituri de certificare si de supraveghere si pe
santierele temporare;
- Sa ofere—dovezi_obiective pentru
implementarea unui Sistem de responsabilitate sociala
in conformitate cu standardul de referinta si pentra
implementarea si mentinerea unui proces de
monitorizare al fiecarei cerinte a standardului si cel
putin o analiza efectuata de management;
= Sa puna la disporitie tot ceea ce este nevesar
pentru realizarea auditurilor de certificare si de
supraveghere, in special: sa asigure 0 cooperate foarte
buna a managementului de varf al organizatiei cu
auditorii, aceasta incluzand accesul la toate
documentele si inregistrarile in toate zonele sediilor
Organizatiei; sa permita efectuarea de interviuri cu
personalul lucrator fara accesul managementului la cel
mai inalt nivel sau. al__—_reprezentantului
‘managementului, consultantului;
- Sa documenteze conformitatea cu primele opt
cerinte ale standardului SA8000 (in cazul in care
legislatia nationala trateaza aceleasi aspecte, dintre
standardul SA 8000 si legislatia nationala se aplica cea
mai favorabila Iucratorilor) si sa gestioneze Sistemul
de reponsabilitate sociala in conformitate cu aceleasi
cerinte SA8000;
- Sa se angajeze sa utilizeze programul
software on-line pentru gestionarea CAR pentru a
stabili planuri de tratare a problematicilor aparute
in timpul fazei 1 a auditului de certificare si sa
gestioneze actiunile corective dupa faza I a
auditurilor de certificare si supraveghere. Mai
mult, Organizatia se angajeaza sa pastreze secret
numele utilizatorului si parola furnizate de CISE,
pentru a accesa campul restrietionat al web-site-

‘The Organisation applying for certification undertakes
the following obligations
2 To provide the Network Lavoro Etico Partner
all the required information to start up the certification
process and any other document or specific
information required by the Network Lavoro Etico
Partner;
= To provide the list of temporary sites, if any. A
sample will be chosen from the list to perform
certification and surveillance audits also on temporary
sites;
- To provide objective evidence of having
implemented a Social Accountability System
conforming to the reference standard and, specifically,
of having performed a monitoring process on every
requirement of the standard and, at least, one
‘management review;
- To make available all that is necessary to the
running of the certification and surveillance audits,
namely: maximum cooperation to the auditors on the
part of the Organisation’s senior management, thus,
including access to all documents and registrations and
to all parts of the Organisation's premises; allowance
to perform workers interviews without any senior
‘manager, management representative, Organisation’s
consultant attending;
= To document conformity to the first eight
requirements of the SA8000 standard (taking into
account that in case national legislation is in force on
the same matters, the more favourable to workers
between SA8000 standard and national legislation
applies) and to manage a Social Accountability System
conforming to the very same SA8000 requirements;
- To commit to using the on-line CARs-
management software to edit plans to manage
problems arisen during I stage certification audit
and to manage corrective actions after II stage
certification and surveillance audits. Moreover, the
Organisation commits to keep secret the username
and password provided by C.LS.E. to access the
restricted area of the web-site www.lavoroetico.org
in order to fulfil the obligations described hereby.

prin orice mijloc subcontractarea catre organizatii care
‘nu poseda un astfel de Certificat. C.LS.. isi rezerva
dreptul de a include in certificat 0 nota care sa
statuteze faptul ca prezentul certificat se foloseste
‘numai alaturi de Certficantul de aplicant SA8000 sau
de certificatele $A8000 ale tuturor subcontractantilor
si partenerilor, pentru a se asigura de faptul ca intreg
lantul de furnizare prevazut entra realizarea
activitatilor obtinute prin licitatie sunt acoperite de
Sistermul de management SA8000.
- Sa anunte Partenerul Network Lavoro Etico
privind orice proces legal in curs care implica sistemul
certificat.
NOTA: Partenerul Network Lavoro Etico isi
declina orice responsibilitate provenita din partea
Organizatiei care, Ia cererea Echipei de audit, in
vederea realizarii evaluarii in timpul auditului,
furnizeaza documente false/inselatoare.
5 Accesul la certificare
Partenerul Network Lavoro Etico se angajeaza accesul
tuturor Organizatiilor la certficare de catte CISE,
acestea trebuind sa indeplineasca urmatoarele conditi:
a. Are implementat un Sistem de Management al
Responsabilitatii Sociale in conformitate cu
cither the legal representative or his/her delegate(s)
are binding in order to achieve or maintain
certification, it is necessary that username and
password are taken care of by means of an internal
system allowing sole access to GESA to persons
appointed by the legal representative;
= To provide objective evidence of the actual
implementation of procedures/instructions related to
the previous point;
= To comply to perform activities acquired
through tenders asking for SA8000 Certification
exclusively by means of the resources of its
organizational structure of, altematively, by means of
the organizational structures of subcontractors that also
possess the SA8000 Certification (including the
Applicant SA800 Certificates issued according to the
NLE procedure) thus excluding by any means
subcontracting to companies that do not possess such
Certification, CISE reserves the right to include in the
certificate a note stating that the very same certificate
should be sided by either the SA8000 Applicant Status
certificates or the SA8000 certificates of all sub-
contractors and partners, in order to ensure that an
SA8000. system covers the whole supply chain
performing the activities included in the tender;
= To notify the Network Lavoro Btico Partner of
any pending legal prosecution involving the certified
system.
NOTE: the Network Lavoro Etico Partner declines
responsibility arising from the Organisation
providing false/deccitful documents upon request
from the Audit Team in order to perform the
assessment during the audit.
5 Access to Certification
‘The Network Lavoro Etico Partner commits to provide
all Organisations access to certification by C.LS.E.,
given it meets the following requirements:
a. It has implemented a Social Accountability
conforming to the standard against which it isC.LLS.E. - NETWORK LAVORO ETICO/

standardul pentru care doreste certificarea; seeking certification;

4. A furnizat toate documentele solicitates

g. A stabilit si comunicat 0 procedura adecvata

a permite lucratorilor sa furnizeze sugesti si/sau
reclamatii in mod anonim, O astfel de procedura va
include posibilitatea de a adresa o reclamatie prin
{ntermediul Partenerului Network Lavoro Btico (si
pentru CISE’, in toate cazurile);
h, A elaborat Bilantul $A8000, in concordanta cu
cerintele 9.2. si 9.12, descriind performantele
Organizatiei referitoare la fiecare element/subiect
abordat de standardul SA8000 (inclusiv toate cele
noua cerinte).
6 Conditiile de solicitare a certificarii
Stipularea Contractului de certificare intre Partenerul
Network Lavoro Etico si Organizatia care solicita
certificarea, care stabileste ca anumite activitati sa fie
realizate de CISE si nu de Partenerul Network Lavoro
Ftico, se va derula in conformitate cu. urmatoarea
procedura:
a. Organizatia solicitanta trimite (on-line prin
wweb-site-ul www.lavoroetico.org) Formularul de
Informatii Organizatie completat corespunzator, iar
c. It has undersigned the Certification Contract
with a Network Lavoro Etico Partner;
4. Ithas provided all required documents;
ce. Ithas fulfilled its contractual obligations;
£ Ithas fully applied the SA8000 standard to the
Social Accountability System pertaining to
products and services within the scope of
certification;
g It has developed and communicated an
adequate procedure to manage claims and appeals,
in order to allow workers to provide suggestions
andior claims in an anonymous way. Such
procedure shall include the chance to lodge a claim
through the Network Lavoro Etico Partner (and to
C.LS.E., in all cases);
h._ It has prepared its SA8000 Report, consistent
with requirements 9.2 and 9.12, describing the
Organisation's performances relating to each
item/matter tackled by the $8000 standard (all
nine requirements included).
6 Conditions to Apply for Certification
The stipulation of the Certification Contract between
the Network Lavoro Etico Partner and the
Organisation applying for certification, which
contemplates that certain activities will be cartied out
by CILS.E. and not by the Network Lavoro Etico
Partner, shall take place according to the following,
procedure:
a. The applicant Organisation submits (on-line
via the web-site www.lavoroetico.org) the
\
