for Selling of TPPs for fourmonths.

2. Target setting: - Coordinated& monitored the Collection & FI agencies for achievement of daily & monthly targets.
Personally handled HNI delinquent cases.
3. Customer and Agency Queries: - Handled the queries related to customers and solutions for the same regarding
their payments, SOA (Statement of Accounts), bounces, and waivers & handling all the queries related to agencies

the compliance of process. Co- coordinating with Collections & Legal team for the completion of pendencies.
2. Visited each & every property to see the actual position in order to determine its correct price in order to sell
the property through process of auction.
3.Setting of reserve price & auction date for the property.
4.Meeting property dealers, brokers, investors in order to generate their interest in properties which are to
beauctioned.
5. Showed property to be auctioned to property dealers, brokers, investors.
6. Provided Tender notice to interested parties after completing formalities.
7.Execute titles after successful auction of property.
