27th april 2018.I have already received my temporary registration.

Registration Number: 88482, Now I want to do my internship in your hospital Cox’s bazar 250 bed
district Sadar and medical college and hospital.so I need your kind permission to allow me to do
internship in your institution and for this circumstance I have attached all related necessary documents
with my application.
