Subject: Acceptance of Utilization certificates.

It is humbly submitted that:

1. The Animal Welfare Board of India is a statutory advisory body on Animal

Welfare Laws and promotes animal welfare in the country. Established in 1962
under Section 4 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (No. 59 of 1960).
2. People for Animals (PFA) Haryana was recognized as charitable Institution, well
established with International reputation, granted ambulance with shelter for
animals in distress by the Animal Welfare Division not AWBI but the berth holders
in AWBI during Congress party regime were against my hardcore animal rights
activism without any personal gain & profit, for example I was Inspector for the
AWBI to inspect the proposal but I was removed by the Congress led Government,
copy attached as ready references.
3. Utilization certificates were already submitted for ambulance and shelter, whereas
ambulances with shelter very much present at site, Inspection was also conducted
but biased and fake report was prepared under the Instruction of a Ex Army person
appointed for the same purpose by then Congress regime berth holders in AWBI,
which was strongly protested because we were busy to rescue injured bull and same
was sent to the Infirmary at Palwal, which is a matter of evidence, can be confirmed
by said biased team, they never help us in rescuing process of bull in distress, the
said team was busy in preparing bogus report, to dent my reputation, likewise
another Inspection was also conducted during 2016 period, report attached as ready
reference, confirming proper utilization of funds disbursed for specific purpose.
AWBI asked specific report head wise, same was also provided along with the
valuation report of the XEN, PWD (B&R) @ Rs. 5653799/- vide their letter 16-12-
2011.

I, being guarantor, offers myself for brain mapping, Narco and lie detector, polygraph test
for scientific investigations that we are working for animal welfare as charity not for profit
& personal gain, suspending the functioning under protest till the positive cooperation.
