 This course is designed to understand and learn the essential operational skills and records
& registers maintained in housekeeping department.

LEARNING OUTCOME:
 To understand the role of planning in housekeeping department.
 To understand the importance and role of planning in housekeeping
 Dealing with emergency suitations in hotel.
