SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, (Principal name), of legal age, married to (wife) both Filipino Citizen

and a resident of ___________________ do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and
APPOINT (Atty-in-Fact), of legal age, Filipino, single, and likewise a resident of
___________________ Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the following acts
deeds and things, to wit:
1. To convey and dispose of parcel of land located in the Barangay
Buenavista, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan which are more particularly
described as follows:

2. To facilitate, sign and acknowledge all pertinent documents in relation

thereto, including Deed of Absolute Sale/Waiver of Rights,
Acknowledgment Receipt, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)
Affidavits, and other legal documents related thereto;

3. To sign, execute and deliver the necessary Deed of Sale or Waiver of

Rights covering such sale including any and all documents that may be
necessary or required thereto;

4. To receive the proceeds of the sale, either in cash or in check;

5. To transact, process and submit the necessary documents to the

Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) and
other government agencies with regard to patent verification and
application;

6. To transact, process and pay the necessary documents and taxes,

charges, and/or fees due to the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Office
of the City Assessor of Palawan for the sale and conveyance of the
abovementioned properties;

7. To represent at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), City Assessor’s

Office, Office of the Register of Deeds of Puerto Princesa City, and
Department of Agrarian Reform, for the purpose of processing the transfer
of the above-described property;

8. To do such any other acts or thing that may be required, necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
