INFORMATION

The undersigned accused JAMES REID, a resident of Barangay Kanluran

Mayao Executive Subd., Lucena City Quezon, Philippines for violation of
reckless imprudence resulting in Homicide and Unintentional Abortion.

That on or about 12:00 high noon of January 25, 2018, infront of the Calayan
Educational Foundation Incorporated (CEFI), Lucena City, Quezon,
Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused mentioned above while driving a passengers jeepney color green
bearing plate no. DTI-456 owned by Kagawad Julius Babao has no
precautionary measure to preempt the accident, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously ran over Dimples Romana resulting of her
untimely death and the abortion of the foetus in her womb as pronounced
by the attending physician of Northern Mindanao Medical Center Hospital,
Cagayan de Oro City.
