Monday March 11, 2013. After reviewing this transeribed statement and comparing the
statement to the audio recording, several omissions and inaccuracies became readily apparent.

the hallway areas in the UCPD Headquarters on the date of February 23, 2013 from

All video from all surveillance cameras from the 58" Street Maryland parking facility
on the date of February 23, 2013 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m;
{All surveillance video of the protest on February 23, 2013 during the hours of 6 a.m.
to 6 pum. from any University of Chicago video surveillance recording the protestors,
on their route from 58" & Cottage Grove to 58" & University and to the President's
residence;
Copies of any receipts regarding the purchase of any video cameras purchased by the
UCPD or the University of Chicago on the date of February 23, 2013 for recording,
protestors on that date;
Copies of all records reflecting the attendance of all UCPD personnel assigned to the
CCD/ICS Plan for the date of February 23, 2013 including, but not limited to, records
from the UChicago Time system;
Copies of any and all memoranda, letters, emails, or other documents from the
President of the University of Chicago which led to the initiation of the investigation
in this case.
