TEACHERS’ PERCEPTIONS OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP STYLES AND HOW THEY IMPACT TEACHER JOB

SATISFACTION Submitted by Mohd Rozi Ismail School of Education

Hughes et al. (1999) asserted that creative and transformational leaders create a positive
relationship between teachers and principals, which affects everyone’s overall job satisfaction. 98
Teacher 3 said that his principal is a good example for how to become a better teacher. The principal
is efficient, focused, fair, and a good leader, which makes him enjoyable to work for.
