I am applying the professional exchange program in Japan because I am very interested in

this program as it offers the chance to experience me the clinical rotation before I have my clinical

an obstetrician in my country and my research for my first degree also related with obstetric, it’s
about “The Difference between Intrauterine Growth Restriction Cases based on Lubchenco Score
and Ponderal Index on Newborn Baby with Early and Late Onset Severe Pre-eclampsia in Dr.
Soetomo General Hospital Surabaya.” Moreover, I want to gain a new perspective health care about
obstetric regarding medical problem in a foreign country. Moreover, I want to gain a new
perspective health care about obstetric regarding medical problem in a foreign country. I have a
profound fondness towards Japan which is well known for its rich cultures, world heritages, history,
and natural and architectural beauty. I also have a strong interest in the research center too in
Japan, specifically in Osaka and Tokyo. Knowing that until today Japan in the number one country
in all over Asia for their health care and the research about health issue problem, because all of that
these are the reasons why I choose Japan as my first choice for this Professional exchange.
During this exchange, I’m planning on participating actively in this program and consult as
much as I can with the professors and doctors who regarding medical care there. And I want to
know as much as I can about the obstetric problem across Asia because they call that “Experience

a professional doctor in the future. Through this exchange too, I believe I can gain meaningful
experiences as well as a great deal of knowledge in the medical as well as sociocultural aspects of
Japan specially Osaka and Tokyo. These knowledge and experiences are what I'm planning to bring
back and implement in Indonesia if possible. I’m also planning on establishing good professional
