Measuring Instrument volume of glass material one of them is a measuring flask.

The measuring
flask is a supporting tool for analysis in several fields of which three are chemical, pharmaceutical
and health. For that the measuring flask needs to be calibrated to maintain the quality and
correctness of a test. The volume and uncertainty of the measuring flask may vary according to the
environment that influences it. The result may exceed the allowed error limit. There are several
factors that influence the results of the appointment. Three of the factors that influence the purpose
of this study. The three factors are test method, distilled water temperature / aquades and resolution
of scales.

This study refers to International Recommendation OIML R43 (1981) on Standard Graduated Glass
Flask for Verification Officer. The method used is the method of in / to contain and ex / to deliver. The
measuring flask used is a measuring flask made of borosilicate glass 3.3 with a power of about 0.08
ml. On the measurement calibration the gravimetric method (weighing) is the most effective. For
that required electronic scales with a resolution of 0.01 g and 0.1 g as the standard of the measuring
pumpkin test in this study.

From this research, the higher the temperature of the distilled water / aquades the higher the
volume of pumpkin flower. The smaller the resolution of the scales used the greater the volume of
pumpkin flakes and the smaller the uncertainty. The volume and uncertainty of the measuring flask
of the test using the in / to contain method is closer to the standard value contained in the
certificate. The temperature of distilled water / aquades, resolution of scales and test methods
influence the measuring flask
