Extended Self Questionnaire

We request your cooperation and participation in taking this survey on the Extended Self and Social Media, a part of
a joint research project of Prof. Shweta Kushal and Prof. Rajendra Nargundkar, IIM Indore. The questionnaire will
take about 10 – 12 minutes to fill. All information you provide will be kept confidential. Your name or other details
will not appear on any study report. The data will be reported as statistical summaries only.
