Zycofil helps preserve soil surface's integrity by mitigating dust on the ground
while maintaining natural soil appearance. The result is less natural erosion
from wind and rain and less soil pollution in waterways and populated areas.

Zycofil is an eco-friendly water dispersible nano polymer (20-50 nm) to impart

bonding to soils, sand, clay particles and stabilize the soil base. Zycofil
penetrates into the soil surface and on drying forms a clear coating retaining
treated area's natural look. It is a cost effective treatment for dust control and
improved soil strength for use in areas where rain is not a major concern.

APPLICATION
Zycofil is added to water and applied topically for binding soil surfaces. Zycofil mixes easily with water and can be applied using a many
methods from a watering can, to a low-pressure sprayer. Zycofil is applied topically and if the soil is disturbed by traffic it may take 2-4
applications to ensure that the soil in the trafficked area is thoroughly treated with Zycofil. Zycofil requires no special equipment and
minimal clean-up time with water.

The amount of diluted solution used varies with the soil absorptive properties; the more absorptive the soil the more diluted solution is needed.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application rates for dust control depend on the type and frequency of traffic the surface will be
subjected to.
Add Zycofil while filling the container and thoroughly mix.

DUST MITIGATION TEST

Blow air on treated and untreated surfaces and observe dust mitigation.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

Store in shade between 5 °C to 45 °C. Keep away from heat, ignition / sparks source and from rain /
standing water.
Keep the container tightly closed after every withdrawal when not in use.
