No, But there will be limited access to client environment from Sapient Chicago
office. This area will be secured.

Citadel environment access is very restrained, and limited. Their environment itself
has multiple security levels. Their integration test environment are open to Sapient
India Office. System Testing environment is only opened to Sapient Chicago office,
and production environment where actual data exists, is not open outside. During
my work at onshore, I will participate in system integration testing, and user
acceptance testing from Sapient Chicago office. One week work will be in client
location that has support for deployment in production environment.

My specialization is in customization and enhancement of CDRS for regulatory


reporting and SEC short selling. CDRS is implemented using sapient in-house
properiety frameworks (such as CDF, GDD) and using sapient approach (SA|3). The
data exchange format for CDRS is DRF (compliance disclosure reporting format) that
extends FpML(industry standards).

Other team members does not understand complete customization process, and
they have joined late into the project. I am involved from the kick-off, and present in
all requirement analysis, design discussion, customization and enhancement. Prior to
customization project, I had previously worked for development of CDRS framework
during which i gained knowledge of sapient approach, result space, GDD, and CDF.
Owing to my experience, I am at present, most appropriate person to carry out the
deployment process, support, fix go-live issues, and do the transition of knowledge
to US team members. This is precisely the reason I am recommended by the client.

I will carry out (and support) deployment of CDRS application in system integration,
user testing phase(It includes prepartion of environment specific deployment script,
integration with other applications, preparing staging environment, etc). On
completion, I will deploy to production environment and provide quick solution to
unexpected go-live issues. This will go hand in hand with stabilization of product
(performance profiling and tuning). Post implementation/deployment, I will
transition the knowledge and go-live experience/lesson-learnt to US team members.

The tool development, and customization both had


been done in India. Current phase includes
deployment, integration with actual client services,

this work is done at off shore, we donot have associates

These knowledge is typically imparted from the
maintainance/support phase. This is one of the agenda
of my trip.
