Feedback: Name: lago Sequieros , Spain, Communication
I worked together with Jakob on the promotion of the Happy Go Running event.
During that time, we had daily contact and I enjoyed working with him. Jakob shows a
professional and empathetic attitude. He is very organized and takes a lot of
responsibilities. | especially liked that he always motivated me and asked for my
opinion. His Spanish skills are not so good, but we managed to communicate and work
together effectively. He laughed a lot and worked together to achieve a common goal - to
create a great promotional campaign. Next to that we also exchanged our ways of
thinking and tried to combine our knowledge and cultural differences.
Jakob was always up to help me and had a critical eye on the work we produced. His
constructive feedback was helpful to make my work better. I am a specialist in
communication and design, and Jakob helped me to understand the work from a sports
perspective. He often made clear that we can only achieve the best result if we work
together using our individual strength. In collaboration with our supervisor we managed
to set goals that we subsequently achieved together.
Jakob’s greatest trait is his confidence and awareness as sports professional. I wish him
the only the best in his future career.
